Our names are Scotty and Fiddy and we hitchhiked to all 50 state capitols in 50 consecutive days. We started in Times Square on October 10th 2006 and ended in Honolulu on November 28th 2006. It was awesome. Email us: hitch50@gmail.com. Thanks to everyone who made it possible, it was fun! Read about our trip here.

UPDATE: This post was a joke. If you actually thought we were done at this point take a closer look at the pictures below.

So the last few days have been crazy! We quickly knocked off the last few capitals and now we have only Hawaii left! This is awesome! We are moving really quickly.

Sacramento, California
sacramento_capitol

Carson City, Nevada

Carson City, NV
(nobody was around so Fiddy had to take the photo)

Phoenix, Arizona

Phoenix, AZ

Santa Fe, New Mexico

Santa Fe, NM

So now that we have those done....all we need is Hawaii? If you have any ideas let us know. It's good to be here in sunny California...pay no mind to the red line

Do you really think we are going to believe you would go through Vegas but not post one single picture? You were walking up the steps of the capitol building of Phoenix last night at 18:00. I know becuase I watched you!

I agree with the other post...GET GOING, the quicker you get to Sacramento the more time you have in Hawaii!

You are having us all on! Or, perhaps you are just testing us, to see if we think you have jumped the shark?

Anyway you have been busy regowing those weird hair on your lips.

The joke is on us at this point, but we all know better. And, just what were you guys doing at that pile of dirt near the airport at Eloy yesterday?

ok guys - tell us what is really going on ... the tracker still has you in Phoenix ....
either you gave your GPS to somebody who lives in Phoenix, while you hit Vegas and are now in California

OR - you are stuck in Phoenix. If so, why did it take three days to get there from Santa Fe? Was the Mexico trip planned or a fortunate quirk of fate? Why did you spend today by the side of the road, without moving? You still have a long way to go, and you need some long, fast rides.

If you really wanted to make us believe you had covered Carson City and Sacramento after Phoenix, you should have done a better job on the pitures. Nice of someone to get the capital pics for you but not a good job of dubbing yourselves.
I can't beleive that RED LINE is truly accurate today but not that far behind.
